Americans With Disabilities Act Notice to the Public

Doña安娜县 is committed to complying with the provisions of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The Americans with Disabilities Act is a federal law that prohibits discrimination against persons with disabilities. This law includes all services, programs and activities provided or made available by state and local governments. Doña安娜县, a local government, will ensure effective communication with individuals with disabilities and will, 要求, provide auxiliary communication aids and services to afford those individuals equal opportunity for participation in DAC sponsored meetings, events or activities.
